Shipping

 

Our packaging is plastic-free and delivered over road-way. The orders are processed within three business days after payment receipt. A shipping fee is charged per shipment sent.

Shipping costs EU, UK + Switzerland: 6,90€

Shipping costs Americas: 25 €

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal or advanced payment. Payment options will show at checkout. Payments, as well as refunds are invoiced in Euro (EUR).

Additional charges such as taxes, duties, fees, levies or shipping costs may apply based on the country of destination.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return the item(s) of your order from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be aware that items which contain personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, we are not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

If you decide to rerun an item, please, send us an email notifying what you would like to return:

Please include your name, full address, order number, the item(s) you want to return and the return reason.
As soon as we confirm your return you can arrange the shipping to the
stated shipping address.
As soon as we received the returned item(s) and the return is approved by us you get the full refund of your order.
Please bear in mind that the financial responsibility for the return lies with you until it arrives with us. We therefore recommend that you use a trustworthy delivery service. The return-shipping costs are to bear by the customer.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).Your account will then be credited with the value of the returned item (s) within 7 days of receipt by Mineni of the returned package. To purchase a new product, you will need to place a new order. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for this new order. If there is a size exchange for the same product, the new shipping costs will be refunded to you on request.
